Absolute recommendation! Dylan was incredibly nice and helpful, the stay was well organized. We wrote to Dylan via WhatsApp and received all the information directly. The safari was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had! The food was more than sufficient and very tasty! Only the mattress was a bit hard, but everyone experiences this differently.

I often walk by Hotel Sapphire and wanted to share some constructive feedback. While I haven’t stayed at the hotel, I believe that first impressions are important, and the exterior appearance plays a crucial role in attracting guests.
The pond on the street outside the hotel is in dire need of attention. Unfortunately, it currently resembles a neglected, old ditch rather than a well-maintained feature. This is unfortunate because the outer appearance of the hotel is the first impression for guests and passersby. A well-kept exterior can significantly influence people's perception of the hotel's quality and service.
Investing in the maintenance and beautification of the pond area could transform it into an attractive feature, enhancing the overall appeal of the hotel. This small change could make a big difference in how potential guests view the property and decide to stay here.
I hope the management considers this advice seriously. Improving the exterior can only complement the good service and amenities offered inside.

Celebrated my daughter's engagement and fortunately we celebrated our marriage also in the same hotel sapphire 25 years back and we are really touched with the hotel service provided and the best ever service we had ,, the buffet was very delicious and we'll organized and more than what we expected!! Thanking the staff and management
Location is great - walking distance to places to eat. Service was great - lots of assistance with luggage. Room had an AC unit and hot water. Room felt dirty - bedsheets and pillow covers had stains.

Atmosphere - 4.8 out of 5 : Cozy and cool place, not too noisy or overcrowded.

Went with friends from Australia since three of our friends were staying there. We had some great Chinese food. The pub was amazing. Very friendly service and large portions of bites and it tasted good. The staff was very friendly and they let us stay untill late night after the Royal Thomian cricket encounter. A big hug to the staff for tolerating us and providing all what we wanted u till Late night. Hope to visit the place soon. Ideal for parties with friends at the pub.
